Pros: At times work life balance is challenging but at other times easily attainable. Evolving company culture and fun industry Great people to work with Good pay
Cons: Work life balance sales pressure capped incentives for management Bad culture Dishonest upper management chasing their own incentives while promising incentives to the middle management and not paying on them after making the goals. Cannot keep up with competitive pay
