Pros: The team of engineers product and UI/UX people were awesome to work with. Great benefits
Cons: Rethink leadership is struggling to handle the multiple acquisitions that it has made in the last year. That said taking initiative and being on top of your game is recognized and rewarded by management With great innovation comes great challenges including the need to stay agile and responsive in a dynamic market.
Love the unlimited time off option Pros: flexible PTO remote work paid leave EAP and access to wellbeing care including free ABA consultations.Cons: 401k match is offered but the vesting schedule is a bit long. Heath insurance PTO 401k and remote options
