Pros:
Cons: They do not provide enough training.
Company adds money to HSA The benefits package does give you a lot of different options. However it is costly to the average employee. To be fully vested in the company's 401k plan you have to be there 6 years. The company is also trying to do away with working from home. There were min benefits provided and not worth the price
