Pros: day work weeks and decent pay. Decent work life balance Friendly coworkers and active work environment. Great benefits gym & bar on site
Cons: Pay is low for mid level jobs and limited opportunities to move up in corporate. While employers have the right to ensure a productive and safe work environment they must also respect the privacy and legal rights of their employees. Management is iffy at times and having to deal with drivers that receive little to no training on how to operate tractors or trailers can be quite frustrating at times.
