Pros: Good benefits and a great team to learn with and work from The atmosphere was pleasant and the people were generally nice Few nice respectful caring coworkers
Cons: Extreme pressure to learn everything in an unreasonable amount of time degrading management inconsiderate management
Very good coverage for health insurance. Cost has gone down once Prism Vision took over. No maternity leave you have to use your PTO and STD. Not much of a benefits package A good benefits package that included H&W and retirement
