Pros: beautiful campus Great tech good benefits beautiful campus 403b retirement beautiful campus president cares.
Cons: benefits not great No opportunity for advancement or growth No trainings on growing into better roles Upper level positions refused to retire creating stagnation No clean advancement career track An idea that once you got into a role that's where you were until you retired. Pay is low low low

Work remotely nice environment and colleague Great benefits with HR recently rolling out additional support services and expanded benefits. Best is the time off and stuff
