Pros: Pay was pretty good for what i did Very friendly people Good work environment and professional development areas. Flexible hours good laboratory training RIT values its employees provides excellent benefits and many opportunities to share feedback and improve anything.
Cons: pay was low in comparison to similar positions in other companies
Best thing is the retirement match the health benefits are great as well. Good insurance and choices for employees Great place to work. Great team
