Pros: Good culture management and staff. working and well qualified colleagues Pay and benefits are amazing and there's a lot of support from colleagues.
Cons: Culture is very formal and structured Manager always busy all the instructions are up to down you been told what to do but no one gives a crap to A. Why you need to do it B. What is your opinion C. Do you want to do it? feels corporate no bonus no wfh
3 weeks vacation when starting - best. Education stipend - worst
