Pros: Flexible hours decent pay good colleagues chance for career progression Some staff are helpful good pay rate work from home. Supportive and friendly team and culture Great people to work with. Supportive management interesting projects good pay always new challenges and opportunities to learn.
Cons: Low pay can be tedious not much culture Can feel repetitive and people can be rude Below average compensation with limited opportunities to discuss upward mobility
