Pros: Management really cares about retention DEI and wellness. 5); great coworkers; great retreats; lots of opportunities for training and pursuing the work you are passionate about; opportunities for advocacy and advancing water equity I really enjoy my coworkers the hours are flexible and you get to work from home but also go to several in
Cons: lower pay high turnover unmotivating leadership Chaotic management and not a lot of ways to move forward unless you had a water background Dead end job field work is what makes the company's mission possible but in stead of admin and support staff supporting they just get in the way.
