Pros: Local easy work & good pay + Colleagues too busy dealing with customers so no toxicity from them. Good building and facility close to station
Cons: Poor management lack of support managers and team leaders only interested in self preservation. Warnings for minor infractions Your calls being recorded and constantly monitored Being timed when you need to use the bathroom Having to explain to customers that there's been a mistake with their claims because so many of your colleagues are inexperienced Contractors are treated differently and asked to do all the work and APS staff are only responsible for reporting and spend most of their time in training or shadowing
