Pros: Work life balance is good Experience Location Bonus Salary Management Culture and work environment is good No micro management Good structure and progression opportunities
Cons: Work life balance will be minimum SALARIES are low... Job rotation is difficult Management is disconnected with market.
They really care about their employees and offer the best benefit options that they can. The benefits were the best I've ever been offered. Good place to work at not a lot
