Pros: good pay and tenure helps Benefits are good Most people there are great to work with Good Work life balance and a/l allowance Good Management: very understanding and thoughtful
Cons: pay is low and if switching positions internally pay bumps are not big 1 credit card with minimal benefits Incompetent people No work life balance. poor management
You get paid time off and healthcare benefits Best: health care benefits are generously subsidized; flexibility Good benefits for full time
