Pros: The people there are great Benefits are good. Pay was decent chicago location was decent if you like city living Company culture is top notch.
Cons: People are constantly complaining about staff when doing nothing to improve. Low pay and lots of tasks no place for improvement Backstabbing management in most cases Company Culture is toxic.

Very generous PTO (vacation & sick are separate and you can earn time off by working overtime). Competitive health coverages as well at afforable prices. Great benefits but the cost is $$$ The best thing is Vacations and 401k plan
