Pros: Pay is competitive which reflects the company's appreciation of our hard work. •\tComprehensive training for newcomers. Flexible scheduling friendly management they promote to trainer within a year if you are reliable they are very willing to take you without experience and train you. Cons: The pay is low. Lack of enough training Occasionally there can be miscommunications between departments but these are quickly addressed by management. After three weeks of no communication from them despite repeated phone calls and emails (with one exception that being the lady who had conducted my interview

The salary of a scribe who works mainly with one provider is less than one who trains scribes/hops around specialties and does not have a specific provider they scribe for.
