Pros: Pay and hours are definitely good. Your coworkers and the company give raises. Good environment and the pay is a decent amount
Cons: management is completely biased and selective. Pay was good but inconsistent Long hours unfair to some Your coworkers will not help you and they will not cross train you if you want to learn.
