Pros: Great place nice people good Friendly environment good benefits good opportunities for growth Good salary and lots of opportunity for overtime if you want it.
Cons: Not best environment overall stress Disorganized management process improvement is slow
Excellent pto health dental and vision Defined benefit pension plan in place of 401k. Firm contribution increases with years of service. Generous PTO. Sub par health plan not bad but underwhelming
