Pros: Amazing company culture that's driving excellence and innovation I had the opportunity to shadow a different person within the CS team every two weeks something which allowed me to gain a rounded experience of a complex division. Everybody is very approachable and caring; you can ping Or the CEO on slack and receive an answer straightaway. Good People Good Product Great energy Great employee benefits in the headquarters
Cons:
The health insurance BlueCross BlueShield is good. We get over 15 paid vacation days. Employees in different countries like Israel get more Holiday Days off than the US - expect only the 'core' holidays. There could be more flexibility working from home. All employees need to be in-office 5 days a week for their first 6 months. After that depending on your team (some teams do not have the WFH option) most employees are required to be in-office Monday Thursday and Friday. It's a true 9-5 even if you get in early you can't leave before 5. Also summer Friday's were offered in years past but not 2024. Best - Health Insurance. Worst - flexibility There are lots of snacks in the office :)
