Pros: Good pay and very flexible. great people to work with good benefits Good work/life balance great culture.
Cons: Lower pay The culture is a boys club of ex military I have heard plenty of inappropriate for work stories just over the cube wall.
A great 401k and company match Great 401k match and health insurance. The rest of the benefits are average. 150% Match on 401K is hard to beat.
