Pros: Great people and flexible work Great benefits Flexible hours
Cons: Management will have 1:1 with you but not actually give you any feedback. Low salaries (lower than market value) They seem to be good at giving decent hours though.
Social Factor has a comprehensive benefits package that is constantly evolving Unlimited PTO for FT team Good benefits package. Company pays a nice percentage of medical costs. Unlimited PTO is amazing!
