Pros: Great colleagues flexible working great private health insurance once a month a sociable get People within the teams are lovely
Cons: Poor management frequent changes in direction and prioritization and lack of collaboration creates instability and insecurity for staff who might choose to go or be let go. Hiring and firing can be tough too. Plenty of people are happy at SVP however and some roles will be nice to have you will have some nice colleagues around you but for many it just wasn't enough to keep them there.
