Pros: Remote work from home growth opportunities leadership listens to you Pay benefits remote work weekends and most holidays off. Great work life balance great colleagues
Cons: Gaslighting and narcissistic leadership. You are always expected to be available and on call even on holidays. Bonuses paid late.
