Pros: Opportunities Exposure Growth Benefits Rewards Good pay and great recruiting
Cons:
The benefits were basic at best. Very expensive packages at the time for little return. The worst thing is that the medical insurance is so high and aren't given vision/dental benefits. No PTO Benefits are extremely expensive and not great.
