Salary - D | Culture - D | Management - D | Coworkers - D
Pros: Friendly atmosphere amazing resources and library
Cons: Low pay regardless of seniority so most people who work there have family wealth and can afford to work there without good pay. Poor career progression The hours are long the culture is toxic and management is out of its depth. Maybe 3 people of color in the whole New York building so it's really just a bunch of white prep school kids who grew up and could afford to work there for the prestige while their parents foot the bill.
health insurance 401K paid time off holiday pay Fine benefits package can access medical care. No perks not extravagant. Vacation sick leave policies are very good.
