Pros: Great staff and nice people to work with.
Cons:
There is no 401K and the health benefits start after 60 days Only one benefit was Zed fare on some other airlines but good luck using them. Management uses them as a strong arm to control time off and enforce insane unethical policies. Benefits not worth working at this company Insurance options are poor no other benefits are offered.
