Pros: The pay can be ok but you have to fight tooth and nail for it PTO accrues fairly quickly Flexable friendly work life balance
Cons: Low pay Communication only by email extremely hard to receive an answer back Staff below the Doctors and HM's are just a number. Awful PTO Bad management overall Lying about job description FAVORITISM HR doesn't care ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO ADVANCE IN THE CAREER FIELD Non stop constant drama in the workplace Open bullying by clinic manager Throwing accusations that don't apply to anything He said / she said issues that aren't properly resolved Insults about appearance during meetings about other topics (insulting didn't apply) Petty and problematic work place overall there's more cons than pros Very heavy workload things people didn't want to do were automatically forced onto the kennel technicians to do No balance at work at all Not the best at communication
All benefits very good package FT benefits for FT employees + employee perks The practice of negative accrual on commissions is outdated.
