Pros: The benefits are great. supportive community management is helpful and genuine Great staff and supportive coworkers
Cons: Benefits are lacking could be better The salary doesn't align well with the workload of 40 visits per week. Management changed pay from salary to hourly in order to not increase the salary recommended by the state. Communication Training Retention of employees
Great Health and Dental benefits. Also great 403B Health insurance is fantastic. The PTO policy includes holidays which is a bit annoying. Cafeteria food is free for locum anesthesiologists.
