Pros: Great work life balance and great pay Stanford takes work life balance seriously You are surrounded by very smart and very motivated people You have access to a world of information events and opportunities to grow Access to campus facillites Beautiful office Good manager and holidays and sick days Relaxed culture.
Cons: I feel the pay is a little low and no free lunch provided. Toxic manager who expects you to hit the ground running without significant training.

The best benefit is assistance with dependent college expenses. health insurance out-of-pocket price is expensive unless you choose kaiser for yourself only. I like the Arrillaga gym.
