Pros: Good benefits Decent pay. Great people to work with and interesting projects Good leadership Great culture
Cons: Benefits could be slightly better but overall not too bad. Large and can get lost low pay compared to peers Management doesn't care about employees just keeps acquiring companies and not caring about the people there Outdated toxic leadership focused only on profits and completely disconnected from purpose and frontline employees. Blame culture selective archaic 'who knows who' culture...
Lots of benefits not sure how pricing of medical insurance compares to others. Great benefits package but have to participate in a wellness program to make it affordable. Cons: Large and can get lost low pay compared to peers There are some people who love it here but I find its mostly the status quo of male colleagues of a certain privileged background. Very little work life balance. Blame culture selective archaic 'who knows who' culture... poor leadership
