Pros: Company is top heavy with an aging management with over Competitive pay bonuses excellent benefits
Cons: Management is rigid and overvalues how business was done decades ago. Senior management are micromanagers and don't know what they're doing. Employee satisfaction and engagement are low. Everyone is afraid of the old man.

Very good health insurance plan and retirement benefits. Happy with the benefit package in general. Only improvement I can think of is more flexibility when it comes to carrying over unused PTO. Best perk is pension eligibility after 5 years of employment. Decent health insurance and 401k match. Good health insurence dental 401k pension.
