Pros: Company offered a good salary Good management & environment. The pay is good for a first WFH/customer service job and being able to work from home is amazing! Colleagues was friendly and nice. Good benefits especially with health benefits
Cons: Salary is low and no permanent contract bad management causes emplyoee to leave low pay no work from home set No benefits are given to employees.
Have to use different apps to see everything Great company very very good Time off 401K etc etc
