Pros: The management was always extremely supportive of the sales force and we always received whatever products we needed to advance. Good training and foray into sales Good manager and coworkers here Good Company Good Culture and Good Employees
Cons: Low Pay 1. low pay and bonus 2. training is weak 3. no real support 4. product is way overpriced 5. only reps with large territories can make money
401K match is great Good Medical Insurance programs. Good matching for your 401k The 401k was reduced to a 1% match and overall the benefits do not seem very competitive however the work is very flexible.
