    Pros: Great people in a learning enviroment supportive environment good happy hours Good pay. Good culture above market pay strong opportunity to learn about private markets. A friendly direct manager.
    Cons: Pay could be higher (below market) Long hours generally the pay is a little below market value You do the same task over and over again Corporate culture Not good for individuals to thrive The manager in the fund accounting team is toxic.

    Great health insurance; 12 PTO days when I joined in 2016 increased to 20 days by the time I left in 2021 The benefits offered are rich. The benefits are good but can always improve.
