Pros: Great training. Management is super on the ball and sometimes I feel like my mind is being read: As soon as I think of an issue it's already being addressed. Culture and people here are fun.
Cons: I received decent training but quickly realized not everyone was trained to the same extent. Awful management Toxic culture Horrible pay Extremely low wages toxic leadership who will word salad talk you into their “goals” and commission structure and leave you with more questions than answers. You receive feedback from one manager and get the complete opposite feedback from another as there is little to no consistency and communication between offices.
Vacation Sick Time 401k with safe harbor volunteer days Very basic benefits package. Maybe it has changed since I left Prizes and office events offered on monthly basis
