Pros: + Culture is amazing Some great people to work with. Leadership led by example which was nice to see. Another great pro is great benefits (such as vitality cycle to work etc...) and regular social / team
Cons: The company was once a great place to work but recent changes in senior management have drastically altered the culture for the worse. A lot of people will be leaving soon and I'd really urge people interviewing for roles at Superscript to do their due diligence on whether Superscript has the leadership or financial strength Despite the positive aspects of the workplace culture the financial decisions and subsequent impact on job stability warrant serious consideration before committing to employment with this company.
