Pros: Fair salary Company provides immense amount of training on products and equipment. Great Boss pay benefits location Poor communication and lack of leadership
Cons: Leadership more interested in lining their own pockets than properly staffing departments and paying a fair salary for the work being done. Long hours and very heavy workload.

Pros: Fair salary The IT team is great besides leadership. Lots of micro management at. Company provides immense amount of training on products and equipment.
Cons: Leadership more interested in lining their own pockets than properly staffing departments and paying a fair salary for the work being done. Long hours and very heavy workload. Bad behaviour from other staff members goes unnoticed by management (as long as you are a part of their clique).
