Pros: It is a bonus that there are really fun people as well! Leadership is extremely helpful and values the employees. Good pay and benefits. Company culture work/life balance advancement and growth opportunities meaningful work exciting atmosphere wide communication culture solidified processes and overall stronger teams!
Cons: It never feels like upper management cares about employees nor trusts the people they hire but instead just takes over and steamrolls everyone. Synapse leadership is one big clique. The medical benefits are not that great. BTW...it's going to take more than just a Starbucks card to create a good culture here.
Very fair PTO policy for non exempt and exempt staff. PTO and sick time are generous even as a starter. Horrible stay away from this Great 401k match Medical Insurance coverage is reasonable.
