Pros: Work life balance is good Company is great with competitive salaries and with interesting new projects and studies Good learning environment Good management Syneos Health offers good benefits. Great training and supportive work environment.
Cons: No work/life balance Pay and salary were low dreadful management no care for well being and difficult to get support with heavy workloads. Benefits aren't as good as they used to be. Supportive company and has great CRA I training
Great health benefits including programs for Diabetes control Amazon gift cards for meeting preventive maintenance goals. Also informative trainings on financial health and a membership program saving you money on auto insurance mortgage and senior care expenses. Pros: Good work life balance in SYNEOS Very Flexible and managers are very understanding. Employees are supportive PTO benefits good company for people starting out in their careers flexibility culture Great Colleague Support and network
Cons: Work/life balance is not aligned with workload Managers are not very good and many have been there way too long. The benefits were ok but not that great.
Fair and good work life balance The benefits are average for a company of this size although the parental leave is below average Good PTO and health benefits
