Pros: The pay is better than BetterHelp. Great benefits! Good training and support. Easy platform clients schedule themselves so invested in therapy no required messaging or contact outside of sessions notes easy good pay.
Cons: Pay could be better 2 months to get back to you Documentation is somewhat clunky No ability to communicate with clients outside of session yet No CEU offering No benefits (health insurance etc) offering Training could be better more time with supervisors Scheduling is not great and the messaging system is terrible. Very poor communication to staff and patients.
