Pros: Decent Pay (Compared to local pay) Make your own hours and flexible Flexible work culture is good benefits. approachable management Constant communication
Cons: Low pay and no yearly raises Difficult hours shift based work t there are no benefits. bad management Communication is poor.
Flexibility with working when I want. Caring and mental health informative. Affordable and fantastic. Best benefits package I've had in my career. Would like more time off but flexible remote schedule makes up for that. only benefit is that you get 401k
