    Pros: Engagement Learning and Development and Human Resources have been the heart and positivity this organisation needs.
    Cons:

    Good benefit package. Lots of PTO. Could have more health insurance options. fully paid premiums for individuals 50% for dependents; up to 4% 401k match; monthly WFH stipend; life insurance; vision and dental; carrot fertility up to $5000 reimbursement; 14 weeks parental leave paid at 100%
