    Salary - C | Culture - C | Management - D | Coworkers - D

    Pros:
Cons: Administration very low pay and only raised 3.20 over 10 years! The benefits make up for your low salary is what we were ALWAYS told.

Once you've made it past the first year very generous time off - also low cost health insurance What's good is vacation time sick and personal time though sometimes dealing with your supervisors to use your benefit time results in getting verbally abused. They used to tout their benefits as a really great thing but with the constant increases in cost of keeping your spouse insured some staff end up bringing home less than $450 for 2 weeks of full time work. ( The family plan is over $100 per pay plus an additional $10 for dental plus an additional $25 for a spouse who doesn't have insurance offered from her/his job or $225 additional if insurance is offered at their job.)Maybe that's becoming commonplace however when the pay is about $10 an hour it is cheaper to use the open market insurance than UGARC's plan. It seems such a large company that keeps it's DSPs on the poverty level could negotiate a better insurance plan than we could get for ourselves on Obamacare. Flexible spending account and decent amount of PTO and holidays
