    Pros: The pay is decent compared to other companies in the area and surrounding areas. The flexibility overtime and room for growth and development as well as advancement within the company is as endless as you make it. Welcoming and inclusive culture Opportunities for growth Benefits
    Cons: Pay does not equal the amount of work you do I have found that most staff get along and build a healthy relationship between each other. My position I had to budget for and I couldn't afford to take time off.

    Very comprehensive package - employer contributes a significant amount. Waiting period to be signed up is reasonable. Company also provides other little perks like discount cell phone plans which is nice
