Pros: Flexible work schedule. CCME has a great team environment.
Cons: There are not many career growth opportunities. Workload inconsistent inpatient leadership and exceptionally poor salary despite outstanding performance.
Their Work from home opportunities The benefits are good-dental life insurance AD&D insurance and an FSA plan are provided by the company. The employee pays a smaller portion of the health insurance. Vacation leave increases over time with longevity and there is sick leave. There is a 401k plan with matching. Schedules are fairly flexible and many work remotely. We have to pay for insurance that used to be free. Reduction in sick leave and life insurance.
