Pros: Good benefits Has a great work life balance Appreciative culture Pay is good. Great people to work with
Cons: Benefits are average and bonuses seem to go down every year. During implementations hours can be very excessive with no work life balance. Multiple layoffs have completely tanked culture and employee happiness. Could be low pay
Pto is good. Option to buy pto as well The benefits are fantastic and have a ton of supplemental FSA/HSA options to obtain extra funds for healthcare visits. If you don't make enough money you have to select their HDHP's that have enormous ded/opp just to afford the bi-weekly premium cost. I had to sign up with Affordable Care Act instead of my employer to get any type of good benefits that are affordable.

I am new to Cigna but from what I can see and what I have heard the benefits are awesome! Just because you work for an insurance company do not expect good rates for your insurance. I would frequently have to quote benefits to members who had better rates than me. Deductibles too high middle of the road benefits.

For a long time it was a great company with a great culture and it really seemed like leadership was one of the rare examples of 'getting it right.' Could be low pay
401k match lots of PTO but moving away from remote work Just because you work for an insurance company do not expect good rates for your insurance. I would frequently have to quote benefits to members who had better rates than me. Deductibles too high middle of the road benefits.
