    Pros:
Cons: Upper management underpays employees and annual raises are as low as 3%.

The company offers full benefits: 401k (with up to 4% matching) medical dental vision and some life. My only complaint is the dental could be better. This company offers quite some options for health plans generously including various plans under Kaiser Permanente and HBO. Dental and vision are also offered but only one option and it is quite basic and does not cover a lot. PTO and sick leave are combined. You earn a few hours PTO each pay period. They offer 401k with matching. There is no transportation reimbursement and no free parking. Only HSA tax benefit for transportation expenses. The benefits were competitive. Appreciated that the employee was covered but you can age out of this benefit and be required to pay out of your salary. It got really expensive to consider adding family. Would have been nice if the COLA actually represented the cost of living (which is rarely only 1-3% increase) what ends up happening is the additional $40 the COLA gives rarely goes toward non-work related expenses.
