Pros: Good people good food good boss Nice offices
Cons:
Benefits are good. I cover my whole family. Option to choose between different insurance packages for internal employees I have been working full time for several months now and have not received any benefits from the Global Edge. When I inquired they said HR would reach out to me but I never received a call. I was told that I should receive benefits when working consistently over 30 hours a week initially by their HR department. But I was then told by my representative that I'd have to be working full time for awhile before they offered benefits even if I am full time 40 hours/week. I was also told it was unlikely that the Global Edge would be successful acquiring benefits for me from my contract employer. That was the last I heard from them. They seem to be avoiding my calls now...very frustrating to not feel at all valued or respected!
