Pros: Cheerful staff to work with good culture of engagement. Good salary for job expectations Good management Great people to work with nice facilities supportive management good training
Cons: Heavy work load Low salary Understaffed often Management is out of touch with the realities of the workers new facilities new processes software design policies and procedures etc. are created without input from the end users (clinicians at the coal face). Zero training zero or toxic management low pay refusal of pay rise despite going above and beyond doing the job of three people disgusting hierarchy where the head does not care at all blame pushing….
