Pros: The benefits are great too including health insurance 28 PTO days (after 2 years in the company) + 2 personal days etc. We are given the resouce & attention to host diffferent events to build more inclusive culture in Third Bridge. This was my first job out of university and I've already held 3 different roles in 3 different teams over the 3 and a half years I've beene here and they've stimulated career growth and future potential in unparallaled ways.
Cons: Benefits and pay could be improved but I think they will as the company continues to grow. No IT team in India Long hours and sometimes you find yourself under pressure and stress to meet the deadlines
Full Slate of Benefits Available Good commuter benefit from what i remember benefits package is good - multiple tiers of insurance and different options / ways to use benefits
