Pros: Great people to work with. Good benefits. Great culture and firm overall Decent pay free benefits day one.
Cons: But those people are becoming fewer. Leadership doesn't care about culture. Training was minimal at best.
Employee only benefits do not have a cost to employee. The additional benefits including free product every month is exceptional. PTO accrual rate increases with years of employment.
